ARCC 2025 International Conference

Dr. Mehan and her colleagues recently presented at the ARCC 2025 International Conference held in College Park, MD, and Washington, DC. During Social Session 1, they shared their study titled "Water Rights and Environmental Challenges in the Navajo Nation." This collaborative work—with Dr. Sina Mostafavi and Dr. Ali Nejat—explored the historical dimensions of water access within the Navajo Nation.

They presented alongside Gonzalo Jose Lopez Garrido and Ulrike Altenmueller-Lewis, and engaged in a thoughtful dialogue chaired by Christina Bollo.
