The AHU Lab at the Huckabee College of Architecture, Texas Tech University, employs a unique pedagogical framework that intertwines interdisciplinary learning across its focus areas: Architectural Humanities, Critical urban Studies, Architectural History and Theory and Industrial Heritage. Emphasizing critical thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration, the lab engages students in real-world challenges, enhancing collaborative thinking. It also nurtures global and cultural sensitivity, preparing students to comprehend and address the diverse impacts of architectural and urban designs.
