Thrilled to share our latest research, titled "Glocalization Challenges and the Contemporary Architecture: Systemic Review of Common Global Indicators in Aga Khan Award's Winners" now published in the renowned Q1 Journal: Journal of Architecture and Urbanism (JAU). Co-authored with @safasalkhi, on the nuanced interplay of "Glocalized" architecture within the 2030 @unitednations SDGs framework. Leveraging insights from the Aga Khan Award's reports @agakhanawardforarchitecture, we have meticulously decoded the elements—be it physical, non-physical, modern, or traditional—that are pivotal in shaping architectural masterpieces. Through this study, we delve into the synergy between local & global architectural indicators, focusing on the remarkable works recognized by the Aga Khan Award.
